All Mare By Lari is committed to maintain a relationship of trust and transparency, so we accept your return, whether by defect, size. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to exchange your product or give you a credit note valid for 6 months.

- Our deadline for exchanges is 15 calendar days after your order is processed .
- Request an exchange through e-mail ([email protected]) let us know what the order number is, your name and more details about the product.
Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase.
- Once the request is processed, AllMareByLari will send an e-mail informing the address to which you must send the product.
- The customer should go to the Post Office and send the product to AllMareByLari, with shipping costs under the customer’s responsibility. Costs with shipping are not refundable.
- 5. Once AllMareByLari receives the product, check the merchandise and approve the exchange, you can access the site and choose the new product to be purchased.
Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.)
- Shipping costs for the new product will be the customer’s responsibility, only if the product is damaged will be the company’s responsibility.
Before making your exchange request, it is important to remember that:
- We will not accept products that have been used or damaged.
- Products must be in original condition with original tag and hygiene seal remaining in place
- Must be inside the original bag (if you no longer have the bag, the merchandise must be returned using another protective box, ensuring the integrity of the product).
In the event of a product defect, the product will undergo an analysis and, if it proves defective, the customer can use the credit to choose a new product on our website in 6 months.
Orders will be processed & shipped during all business days of Monday through Friday We have two business days to make your shipment after payment confirmation. All orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Orders within Australia can take 2-4 business days to arrive by normal post and 1-2 days by express post.

AllMareByLari uses Australia Post to ship all domestic and international packages. The Australia Post options & prices will be listed and calculated at the time of check out.
